He is famous as an expert Balochi language poet, writer, social, and political activist.He obtained a master degrees in Balochi Language and English literature from Balichistan university.He is an ambitious person and passionate about to serve his nation. He was also a strong believer that only through media he would be able to bring and highlight all political and social issues under discussion. He did his best and eventually he came up with the idea of launching Gidaan TV Channel. After arriving in the United States, Shams put his ideas of launching a unique Balochi TV Channel into action . Now, it has been three years, Gidaan TV Channel is one of the famous and favorite Balochi Channel among the BÄlöch intellectual and common people.
